Indications :

1. The protein deficiency due to digestive obstacles in every clinical field
2. The heavy loss of protein caused by wound, burn, fracture and operations
3. Malnutrition due to decreased intake of proteins, such as anorexia, refusal of diet by limitation of diet from healing view and starvation.
4. Increased protein requirement in cases of the heavy loss of protein due to hyperthyroidism and also feverish diseases.
5. Parenteral supplement of nutrition in case of chronic diseases and infectious diseases i.e.malnutrition, pre and post operation of surgery, nephrosis, cirrhosis of liver.

Dosage and administration :

Intravenous infusion of 500 ml in usual cases per day at moderate speed
