Each Meptin tablets contains 50 µg procaterol hydrochloride.
Each Meptin Mini contains 25 µg procaterol hydrochloride.
INDICATION :
Remission of various symptoms caused by respiratory obstructive disturbance from the following diseases : bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis, and pulmonary emphysema.
CONTRA INDICATION :
Patients with a history of hipersensitivity to any ingredient of this drug.
ADVERSE REACTIONS :
Palpitation, Tremor.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION :
For Adult :
Meptin Tablet : 1 tablet, 2 times daily.
Meptin Mini Tablet : 1-2 tablet/s, 2 times daily.
For Children :
The amount dosage is 1-1.25 µg/kg BW/time, to be given 2 times daily.

The usual adult dose is 20 µg (2 puffs) up to 4 times daily.
For children the amount dose is 10 µg (1 puff) up to 4 times daily.
