Composition :

Cilostazol

Indications :

1. Treatment of ischaemic symptoms, including ulceration, pain and coldness of the extremities, in chronic arterial occlusion.
2. Prevention of recurrence of cerebral infarction (excluding cardiogenic cerebral embolism).

Dosage :

 2 x 100 mg/day.

Contra indications *:

Patients with haemorrhage, Congestive Heart Failure, pregnancy.

Special precautions *:

Menstruation, tendency for bleeding or hemorrhagic, hepatic or severe renal impairment, patients on anticoagulants, antithrombotic or antiplatelet agents, prostaglandin E1 or its derivates.

Adverse reactions *:

Rash, palpitation, tachycardia, hot flushes, headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
